Family Farm

As a member of the Ferguson team, you're a part of the Ferguson Family!  If you love people and fall, you'll love working at Ferguson's!  Now hiring many positions at our different farm locations:

Locations

  • Eau Claire, WI - close to Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Altoona, Menomonie and More!

  • Galesville, WI - close to La Crosse, Winona, Holmen, Onalaska, Galesville and More!

  • Lake City, MN - close to Lake City, Wabasha, Red Wing, Rochester and More!

  • Jordan, MN - close to Shakopee, Eden Prairie, Edina, Bloomington, Prior Lake, Burnsville and More!

Positions

  • Cashiers - staff the country store, admission booths, pumpkin sales and more! This position is great for a people-person who is patient, caring and able to stand on their feet helping countless families purchase yummy treats, great local gifts and products, and of course - apples!

  • Bakery/Food Service - bake delicious apple cider donuts, caramel apples, concession foods, and more! This position is great for the aspiring or seasoned baker, cook or chef and does not require any experience!

  • Fun Guide - our unique twist on a tour guide/attraction attendant, your job is to help visitors have fun and make lasting fall memories!  Give tours on wagon rides, staff various attractions, answer customer questions and entertain!  This position is primarily outdoors and requires a fun, energetic personality!

  • Parking Lot Attendants - are you organized, friendly and outgoing?  Help hundreds of families start their visit off right by providing a stress-free, easy parking experience!  This position requires a great deal of standing and walking and is exclusively outdoors.  Great for high school students and more!

  • Tractor Drivers - not your grandparents' farm!  Our tractor drivers are responsible for not only traditional wagon rides but also fun attractions like the cow train and grain train!  Must have tractor experience, a valid drivers license and be over the age of 18!

  • Maintenance/Stocking - help everything run smoothly! From stocking the bakery/food service, to helping customers carry their pumpkins and apples, to making sure the grounds are neat and tidy, this is a great position for a well-rounded person looking for a fun outdoor job!  No experience necessary!

A few of the perks

Working at Ferguson's provides more than just a paycheck:

- Highly competitive pay (Ferguson's and Pepin Heights locations starting at $15/hr, Minnesota Harvest starting at $17/hr!)

- Bonus - $2 for EVERY hour worked paid at the end of the fall season, provided you stay the entire season and have good attendance!
